bad advice

A momentous personal decision gone wrong:
An 18-year-old pleaded guilty to trying to hire a hit man to kill his ex-girlfriend's nearly full-term fetus and was sentenced to more than six years in prison.

Prosecutors allege Young, then 17, offered an undercover officer posing as a hit man $3,250 last October to injure his estranged 17-year-old girlfriend so badly that her fetus would die.

Young's attorney, Bevan Maxey, said his client is an intelligent young man who got bad advice.
He got bad advice from you, Maxey. Had you coached your client to say the undercover officer was outfitted in white lab-coat and curette, everyone would understand he'd been solicited as a Woman's Health Care Provider. Worst case? $300 fine plus costs, for conspiracy to practice medicine without a license.

Gino's comment is why the Dems. are so against "Fetal Murder" laws. This has to make you think about the illogic of Abortion is OK-if it is a baby that you can be sent to jail for killing, no amount of hand waving can make it "tissue" that is is OK to dispose of by abortion. With God's grace we will get there and stop the murder of babies.
