Bronson Havard and bad faith

In a 2000 arbitration case (State Fair of Texas v. State Fair Guides), retired Judge James Carmody ruled that Bronson Havard, doing business as State Fair Guides, showed "bad faith" in registering the domain names StateFairofTexas.com and TexasStateFair.com. Carmody ordered that the domain names be transferred from Havard to the State Fair of Texas.
