Archbishop O'Brien responds to Bishop Botean

Archbishop Edwin O'Brien of the US Military Archdiocese has responded to Bishop Botean's statement that forbids members of the Romanian Byzantine-rite Catholic Church in America from participating in the war.
Archbishop O'Brien says Bishop Botean contradicts the US bishops' conference, and says he is convinced Catholic servicemen can participate in the war in good conscience.
