"Ebony" Horton is a transsexual who, after pleading guilty to kidnapping and attempting to have sex with an 11-year-old boy, received probation and no jail time from the outrageously sympathetic Boston-area Judge Maria Lopez. A disciplinary hearing found Lopez guilt of lying under oath, misleading the public, and unprofessional conduct. Her penalty? A six month suspension (and she must say she's sorry).
What is it with Boston? Is there something they put in the drinking water?
