Walking is good for your heart.

OK, you knew that.

But did you know walking uphill helps your heart in one way, while walking downhill produces different benefits?

So if you really want a tailor-made health program, you should go out today and take a nice long walk-- going exclusively uphill or downhill, according to your doctor's orders.
