Suppose (according to the new Kenedy directory) you're associate director of personnel for the Diocese of Fairbanks. You're also RCIA and adult education coordinator at the cathedral parish. You have $250 in your pocket and are inspired to give it away. To whom, or what, do you direct your alms?

(a) to missionaries who labor in northern Alaska

(b) to another spiritual or corporal work of mercy

(c) to John Kerry for President, Inc.

If you're Ronnie Rosenberg, your answer is (c).

The original Wycliffe died, was buried, was dug up, and was then burned at the stake for his many heresies !

Can and would the bishop of Fairbanks remove/fire Ronnie Rosenberg based on the fact that Ronnie has caused public scandal by funding a candidate who actively supports the killing of pre-born children? How could Ronnie ever coordinate Roman Catholic RCIA/education? Would he himself not need to go to school to take time to read the Catechism of the Catholic Church and to learn about Catholic Church Teaching?

Maybe he wants a cafeteria Catholic for president, so all the future cafeteria Catholics in his RCIA class will feel right at home in the Church.

Would you deny Ronnie the chance to help a poor guy who will be henpecked to death after November 2nd? After all, the poor are always with us, but not wealthy gigolos.
