"At some point, the bishops will realize that Voice of the Faithful are the best friends that they have,'' the group's executive director told the Boston Herald.
That may be true. But it's a very harsh indictment of the US bishops.

Diogenes, you are right again... Indeed, most of the bishops in the US act in word and deed as if VOTF were already their best friend...and these "successors to the apostles" whom Holy Mother Church has chosen are trying in a strange and co-dependent way to please VOTF by their speech and actions...

I agree that it may be true. But if it is, it's because the bishops are the best friends Voice of the "Faithful" have.
