First pot bellies and flannel shirts, now sports. They certainly are trying to bust out of those mincing stereotypes. I'm wondering if, in the ultimate gesture of masculinity, homosexuals might discover -- women.

Good point, Leila. And this type of showy self-assertion goes far in dismantling any pathetic contentions that same-sex attraction is genetic, phyisological or somehow or other not a matter of choice and fashion.
