Don't know where this fits, but in our diocese we are confused as this weekend at Masses the Eucharistic Ministers were giving out the Communion hosts and the priests and deacons were giving out the wine?!? As far as we know this has never happened before and it does seem more and more they are messing with our minds more than they are saying the Mass and celebrating Eucharist. Could this be a reaction to the new document out of the Vatican or is Diocese losing any leadership? VERY CONCERNED?!

Thank you, Diogenes, for that holy reminder! We priests in the trenches needed that reminder... and I hope that when they offered Mass on her feast day, an obligatory memorial, that many of my brothers spoke of her and her awesome witness to the Truth of Christ and His Church.

Careful, Diogenes. Presumption to the mission, sacrifice and holiness of St. Catherine may be yours.
