He has said that he was part of a vast conspiracy. He has said that there was no conspiracy. He has said that there was a conspiracy against him. He has offered (for $5 million) to expose the conspiracy.

Mehmet Ali Agca has also offered to play himself in a movie and to hunt down Osama bin Laden—for the same $5 million fee that he’d charge for the conspiracy story. And he’s said that he’s written a book. And that he and the man he shot, Pope John Paul II, eventually became “like Siamese twins.”

In the past he has also claimed to be the Messiah and according to recent media reports has said he would proclaim the end of the world, raising questions about his mental health.
If you’re just “raising questions” now, my friends, I’m afraid you’re a bit behind the curve. Those questions were answered some time ago.

    Surely with the upcoming relaxed immigration standards proposed here this man has a future as Democratic Party congressman or senator. Considering some of the statements that issue regularly from those groups, Mehmet Ali Agca might be considered a rather moderate and sane breath of fresh air.
