It's over now, but in his earlier effort to preserve his chance to become a Cabinet secretary, former Senator Tom Daschle produced an interesting line:
My mistakes were unintentional.
Now if you run into somebody who makes mistakes intentionally, that's a man you don't want in the Cabinet.
