Presumably we are all struggling to evangelize more than we were a year ago. I know I've been wrestling with the various tensions and emphases necessary to this work.

In my latest In Depth Analysis I've tried to dissipate misunderstanding as much as possible by rounding out my treatment of the New Evangelization: Toward Effective Christian Witness: Making Room for the Gospel. For me, at least, this is a major statement.

But there are so many other points one could make. For example, both Jennifer Gregory Miller and Pope Francis have reflected this week on how baptism incorporates us into the Church, which is itself the very leaven of Christ in society.
