The End of Modernism, Theologically

I have read enough of the theology of Joseph Ratzinger (Pope Benedict XVI) to know that he absolutely destroyed the theological credibility of Modernism, however much it clings on in some religious communities and universities. This is so important, that I decided to devote my latest In Depth Analysis to it. Please see The End of Modernism: Joseph Ratzinger’s Dialogue with Love.

In our latest On the Good post, we have noticed something else that is very important, a Catholic treatment of immigration. See Frs. Planty and McGraw call for sobriety and compassion in dealing with immigration.

If this is the good news, then what is the bad? As usual, higher levels of Western government are inimical to Christian values, and the collaboration of Catholic agencies is dangerous. For example, consider these Catholic World News stories:
