To Be or not to Be Faithful

Greetings from the shore of Lake Champlain, where I'm very happily working from a “camp” owned by my wife's mother. The weather has been gorgeous lately, but like many areas of the United States, we are headed for record highs over the next 72 hours.

Also headed to record levels is the number of decisions which significant groups must make concerning my title question, “to be or not to be faithful”. For example, the saga of the reform of the Leadership Conference of Catholic Religious continues, with the LCWR posturing for the moral high ground (Hint: Appear reflective and claim popular support): New LCWR statement on meeting with CDF.

Also, the Catholic Health Association is back in the news, but Phil Lawler has reason to wonder whose side the CHA is on: Has the CHA switched sides on Obamacare? Or just adopted new tactics?
