Resolutions for a New Year

My hope for CatholicCulture.org is that we'll be able to build a stronger sense of community in 2012. By that I mean encouraging our users to reach out to others with the Catholic principles articulated on this website.

To that end, I recommend in my latest On the Culture entry that we all consider A New Year's Resolution: Charity in Discussion.

Of course, the human center of the Catholic community is not CatholicCulture.org but Pope Benedict XVI. I'm impressed that that Over 2.5 million saw Pope Benedict in 2011. The clear, focused and gentle way the Pope addresses all his audiences provides a good model for the rest of us.
