If you check our liturgical calendar for this week, you'll see that two saints days are coming up that are very relevant to the spiritual life today: St. Teresa of Avila on Thursday and St. Margaret Mary Alacoque on Friday.

St. Margaret Mary, of course, was the seventeenth century Visitation nun through whom Our Lord elected to spread devotion to His Sacred Heart—a devotion the Church has emphasized in the Year for Priests.
